Treatment Description

RELEASE ~ UNWIND ~ SOFTEN A 45 minute, soothing back, neck and shoulder massage, using traditional Swedish Massage techniques to soften knots, aches & pains. The treatment begins at the head, starting with a blissful face and Indian Head Massage. Working down the neck to the shoulders and chest, we release tension and stress. Then, turning onto the back, we soften any compression in the lower back and hips, working up the body to finish at the head again.
