These sessions are conducted in silence, allowing you to fully drop into rest and restoration. Techniques include Holistic, Deep Tissue, Sports and Herbal Ayurvedic Massage, tailored to your body’s needs.
Body Mapping Therapy – A focused bodywork session that helps you identify, understand, and begin to change the patterns held within your body. Working with advanced massage techniques, movement awareness, and refined touch, this session is both analytical and intuitive. You learn how your body is organising itself, and work directly with those patterns to support release and rebalancing.
Deep Recalibration Therapy – A mind-body-energetic experience that blends massage, breathwork, and energy balancing for deeper healing and alignment. This session goes beyond the physical, working with the body’s subtle energetic layers to restore flow, release emotional tension, and promote deep recalibration.
Many clients are drawn to this deeper work, as I intuitively listen to the energetic field, offering insights and support for balance. While I do not follow any specific belief system, my work honours the natural intelligence of the body and the subtle messages it holds.
There are many types of massage, each with different benefits. If you are looking to relax and de-stress, the Relaxation Massage is ideal. If you're dealing with muscle tension or injury, a Deep Tissue or Rejuvenation Stretch Massage may be better. I can help guide you to the right choice during our consultation. You can book the massage that feels right on the website.
During your first session, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, any areas of discomfort, and your goals for the session. This helps me tailor the treatment to your unique needs. Afterward, you’ll have a few moments to settle in and relax before we start the massage.
Wear comfortable clothing and make sure to hydrate well before your session. Avoid a lot of caffeine, or alcohol beforehand. You don’t need to bring anything special—just an open mind and readiness to relax.
Your comfort is paramount. You can undress to your level of comfort— I always suggest keeping underwear on, as this helps me to keep you well covered and warm throughout the treatment. You will always be draped appropriately, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Massage can benefit many chronic health conditions, but it’s essential to discuss your health history in detail beforehand. I’ll work with you to adapt techniques to ensure your safety and comfort. If needed, I may ask for clearance from your doctor.
Yes, massage therapy can be very beneficial during pregnancy, especially for relieving aches and pains. However, I am not pregnancy massage trained. If you are trying to conceive, or maybe pregnant, please look for a trained massage therapist, in prenatal massage, that can support you during this wonderful time.
Many people feel immediate relief after a session, especially in terms of relaxation and stress reduction. For chronic pain or tension, it may take a few sessions to notice significant improvements.
After a massage, many people feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and more at ease in their body. You may also experience some mild soreness if you've booked a Deep Tissue Massage, especially if the massage was focused on areas of tension. Drinking plenty of water after the session can help ease any soreness.
To get the most out of your session, it’s important to stay hydrated and allow your body time to rest. If you’ve had a deep tissue massage or worked on areas with chronic tension, you may feel some soreness, which is normal. Gentle stretching and light activity are encouraged.
The frequency of sessions depends on your personal needs and goals. Some people benefit from a session every month as part of their self-care, while others may find that occasional sessions are sufficient. It’s best to trust your intuition and seek a session when you feel drawn to it.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.

Deep Listening is the practice of tuning into the subtle energies that flow within and around us. My approach blends traditional communication with an attunement to the deep messages of the body and the Earth’s elements. I begin each session by setting a clear intention to work only within the frequency of love. This helps establish a boundary for what energies are welcome in our space. I then “close the container” around us energetically, ensuring that we’re working in a safe, sacred environment. This process invites in only the highest support and keeps the space clear and protected.
Closing the container is an energetic practice that defines the boundaries of our space, ensuring that only energies of love, compassion, and guidance are present. It’s like setting up an invisible protective circle around us. This creates a safe environment where the intention is to receive messages and healing that are aligned with your highest good. At the end of the session, I intentionally close the container to signify the end of our work and to release any energies that were present.
