Treatment Description
This is not just massage, it’s a focused bodywork session that helps you identify, understand, and begin to change the patterns held within your body. Salla works with advanced massage techniques, movement awareness, and refined touch to assess how your body is functioning in real time. Her approach is both analytical and intuitive. She reads how the body is organising itself, where it’s compensating, holding, or overworking, and works directly with those patterns to support release and rebalancing. Ideal if you’re: ➤ Experiencing recurring tension, pain, or imbalance ➤ Noticing asymmetry in your body (e.g. one side holding differently) ➤ Wanting to understand the root of physical patterns, not just relieve them ➤ Interested in improving long-term movement and body awareness You may notice: ➤ One shoulder consistently holding more tension than the other ➤ A hip, back, or neck pattern that keeps returning ➤ A wrist, ankle, or joint that clicks or feels unstable ➤ Areas of tightness that don’t fully resolve with standard massage Rather than treating these as isolated issues, this session looks at how they connect. The body often develops patterns in response to stress, injury, habit, or emotion. Understanding these patterns is key to creating lasting change.
